The below rates apply to all subscribers of Miller Telephone Co. The rates covers the provision of network access to a local customer location, and entitles the customer to local calls (with out toll charge) to all local numbers connected to the central office of the exchange.

Subscriber Line Charge, E-911 tax, Access Recovery Charge (ARC) and Relay Mo are in addition to the Bus. & Res. access line charge. Call waiting is provided at no cost to all customers, with additional calling features available upon request.
